Our Story

Building bridges between communities, one meal at a time.

Our Mission

FeastSoul exists to celebrate the cultures, families, and flavors behind your city's most authentic restaurants. We believe that food is more than sustenance — it's culture, heritage, and community. By making it easy to discover restaurants owned by underrepresented communities, we're helping preserve culinary traditions and fuel local economies.

Why FeastSoul?

Chicago is one of the most diverse food cities in America. From soul food in Bronzeville to tacos in Pilsen, dim sum in Chinatown to jerk chicken in South Shore — our neighborhoods are rich with culinary traditions brought by generations of immigrants and communities.

But finding these gems isn't always easy. That's why we built FeastSoul: a simple way to discover restaurants by the communities that own them. Whether you want to support Black-owned businesses, explore Latino cuisine, or find the best Middle Eastern food in the city — we've got you covered.

What We Believe

🌍

Every Culture Has a Story

Behind every restaurant is a family, a tradition, and a journey. We celebrate those stories.

💪

Economic Empowerment Matters

When you eat at a family-owned restaurant, you're investing in that community's future.

🤝

Food Brings Us Together

The best meals are shared. We're building a community around discovering new flavors together.

Starting in Chicago

We're launching in Chicago because it's home — and because Chicago's food scene is unmatched in its diversity. From the South Side to Rogers Park, from Little Village to Devon Avenue, every neighborhood has flavors waiting to be discovered. Once we've proven the model here, we'll expand to other cities across the country.
