FeastSoul features restaurant listings sourced from publicly available data, including public business directories, websites, and community contributions. Restaurant cultural classifications (such as cuisine type and cultural identity) are inferred from public information and may not reflect the restaurant owner's self-identification.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information, but we do not guarantee that any restaurant listing, cultural classification, or business detail is current, complete, or correct. Cultural classifications are provided for discovery purposes only and are not intended as definitive statements about any individual's identity.
Where a restaurant owner has verified their listing through our claim process, their self-identified cultural classification is displayed with an "Owner-verified" badge. All other classifications are sourced from public data and should be understood as community-sourced information.

FeastSoul is a discovery platform, not a certifier of identity, ownership, or food safety. Restaurant owners may submit or update their information through our platform. We verify submissions to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the exclusive property of FeastSoul LLC. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.
When you submit content (such as restaurant suggestions, reviews, or corrections), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as restaurant websites, delivery platforms, or maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEASTSOUL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, RELIANCE ON ANY RESTAURANT INFORMATION OR CULTURAL CLASSIFICATION, OR ANY INTERACTION WITH LISTED RESTAURANTS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeastSoul LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
If you believe any content on FeastSoul is inaccurate, misleading, or infringes on your rights, you may request its correction or removal by submitting a removal request or emailing hello@feastsoul.com. We will review and respond to all requests within 48 hours.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, listed restaurants, or the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
